Since 1997 Knight’s B-B-Q has been providing Montana with its best authentic B-B-Q. Our B-B-Q is the real thing! We only use the finest charcoal and wood to slow cook all of our meats.

Our traditional technique cooks B-B-Q meats indirectly, allowing them to tenderize naturally and remain moist. “Low & Slow” authentic B-B-Q is what we are committed to and proud to provide our customers.
